2. Org Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of the Property

3. Cashier Order pay ti HA (unless arranged Mortgage of 90% for G and 90% for W)

4. cheque to pay stamp duty and law firm cost and disbursements.

I found there are regular mail in my mail box from solicitor too.

So we should rec'd 2 letters

銀行好似話律師費同首期都可以用本票, 你打去問下律師cash 得唔得..
