頂層唔得，咁既品質，怕漏水，太高太潮濕。
防火層對落一層，都OK如果防火層唔會積雨水生蚊。

好惨,我住六座都有同樣問題.管理處費嫁,做埋D門面野.我好D,由晚上十點半到凌晨一點.  我剛剛重左新貼上討論區. 兮!點算好!

試下call 九龍灣港鐵物業總部。呢度自成一角，好多野港鐵物業總部係唔知。仲有要夠惡，呢度做既人係欺善快惡，同佢友善講道理，咪帶你遊花園。見到有d人講哂粗口又惡，佢地即刻處理。
人地唔係唱歌或打麻雀，門囗聽有x用，除非叫佢地耳仔貼地好似忍者咁聽就聽到。

如果會改善一早都改善左，物業部出過唔少'Notice'，叫住戶注意，警察都上過去，咪一樣佢有佢嘈。

連d保安都話正常人拍一，兩次門都會收斂，但樓上就死都要騷擾人。

I mean U draft the complain letter and all other supporting owners will vet it.  Once we agree, then U can appoint us to jointly sign it and have it submitted to the responsible person e.g. MTR office in Kowloon Bay.
