Our lawyer can give me copy of the agreement but it will costs us HK$ 4/A4. Anyway, I will pay this. When compare this cost with the house price, it is nothing. My main concern is why our bank not gives me any copy. My bank tells me today due to this is government house, the term will different from ordinary mortage. She needs to check with the loan dep't for detail facility letter. Also, she says it is lawyeer responsibility to explain the mortage term to us. This is bull sit. (sorry for my language). It is the responsibility of bank to tell us the term not the laywer. How "professional" she is and how goods is our consumer rights? We borrow 1 million dollar but we have no rights to know the terms of the mortage. How come? This just want to tell you as a consumer, we have no rights at all. Anyway, I will spend 1 hundred dollare to get copy from lawyer.
