I'm wondering how much, how to calculate, when to pay back to the Housing Authority for: ( 補地價 ) if I wish to sell my flat.  What are the procedures and what are the main points that I should be aware of.  How to apply through the Housing Authority, bank, what are the other charges that I should pay to the Housiing Authority, what are the main points to take notice before selling the flat, etc........
